Brief Description
Plan of Te Mahanga Estate land for sale. A portion to be subdivided.
Land for sale is to go on account of W J Douglas and A F Douglas and will go to public auction at the King's Theatre on Wednesday December 17,1913. New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Co Ltd land agents and auctioneers.
Land lots, area sizes consisting of 2,000 acres which is north of the old homestead and 3 miles from Pakipaki railway station with land lots fronting the Middle or Patangata Road, around the Waikaha Stream and the road to be formed and metalled, to Pakipaki station and the road to Hastings is at the eastern side.
F H Roach, W J Hill have adjoining land, bordering lots 1, 2 and 4. W J & A F Douglas' land borders the other part of their land for sale at the north and south ends which fronts the Tukituki River. The general area is south east of Pakipaki. A newspaper clipping notes the successful purchaser of the land. Any queries can be obtained from Cotterill & Humphries - solicitors.
