Subdivision of portion of the famous Te Mahanga Estate on account of estate of late Messrs. W J & A F Douglas comprising 2550 acres to be sold at auction by N.Z. Loan & Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd in the Everybody's Theatre, Hastings on Saturday 28 August 1920. Land bounded by Middle Road - Patangata to Napier; Kaharanui Road and Tuki Tuki River. To Paki Paki Freezing Works & Rail 5 and a half miles and Otane Railway Station 11 miles. Twelve miles from Hastings.
The land is also bounded by property owned by K M & R B Ellison and A J Field. Locality plan. Has a photograph of grazing horses.
