The land is to be sold at public auction on Wednesday July 3, 1907 at the Town Hall, Waipukurau. Messrs Baker & Son, Napier and Speirs & Wilson, Waipukurau are to be the auctioneers.
The land lots with area sizes are situated on the main railway line from Napier to Wellington, 44 miles from Napier and 167 miles from Wellington. The land comprises 2,162 acres, situated around the Mangatarata Stream, Kiore Rau Stream and Manga O Hara Stream. J O'Neill, F C Cook are neighbours on the eastern side of the land for sale and Mt Herbert Terrace sections are on the west side. W Harvey, J T Harvey, P H Jolly, R M Scott and W Hall have small lots bordering the land for sale, the Waipukurau road and Mt Herbert Terrace sections.
News printed photographs are on the plan showing various shots of the Waipukurau sale yards. Arlington Estate borders the land south east and James Tipping is a land occupier to the north west.
