Plan, land block plans of Hastings Central Business District buildings.
Titled - Council of Fire and Accident Underwriters Association of New Zealand - Block plans of buildings in Hastings.
Consists of 15 plans bound in hard backed book type, of buildings in Hastings.
The inside cover has a key to signs and terminology used throughout the book.
1) Titled - Key to block plans.
Consists of a street plan of Hastings Central Business District showing the area from Heretaunga Street East, St Aubyn Street East to Tomoana Road and Charles Street.
Each sheet shows individual buildings and the occupiers names. Noted is the type of structure eg - concrete, brick, wood etc.
