Brief Description
Plan of the Proposed Breakwater Harbour at Napier Bluff. Given to Captain W. Waller of Union Steamship Company's 'Flora', in commemoration of the opening of the Napier breakwater for public traffic by his ship. Dated Tuesday 22nd day of October, 1895, and signed by George Henry Swan, Mayor and Deputy Chairman, Napier Harbour Board.
The map shows the enclosed breakwater harbour and a small section of land. Water depths and the direction of the prevailing wind are also indicated.
