Muriel Beatrice Goddard of Napier married Percy Everett from Motueka, at Trinity Church, Clive Square, Napier on 27 December 1927. Muriel's dress was made of ivory georgette with a skirt that features tiers of ivory silk fringe. A spray of silver tissue lame roses fall from the shoulder to the waistline, while a large bow of ivory chenille georgette and silver tissue attached with a silver ornament, falls from the hip forming a short train.
