Brief Description
Napier Citizens’ Control Committee Identification Card issued to Leslie A Pawson, Carpenter aged 25 years, when he arrived in Napier to look for work following the Hawke's Bay earthquake in February 1931. The identification card is signed by Leslie Pawson and J Cushing, Registration Officer. His address is given as Avoca House. Stamped in red diagonally across the card are the words: Non Resident.
