About this object
Group portrait of two women and two young boys. The older woman is Emily Newrick. She wears a dark coloured blouse embellished with lace and pintucks, and a hat trimmed with ostrich feathers. The younger woman is her daughter, Edith Newrick, who wears a dress decorated with ribbon and lace ruffles, and lacy fingerless gloves. The boy on the right is Collin Newrick. He is dressed like an adult in a suit and tie, while the younger boy, Frank Newrick, wears a sailor style jacket with a shawl collar.
