About this object
View of the drawing room at Hinerangi, Hatuma, Waipukurau. Built in 1912, the house was extensively remodelled to designs by J A Louis Hay in 1919. Floral wallpaper adorns the walls below the dado rail. Comfortable furniture is arranged around the room which has a large stone fireplace at the far end.
