About this object
Exterior view of the Napier Soldiers' Club on Marine Parade, designed by J A Louis Hay and opened in 1916. Two women in Edwardian clothing [possibly mourning attire] stand in front of the building, facing a small integral garden. Another woman is seen approaching along the footpath to the right of the image, near the access steps to houses on Seaview [Sea View] Terrace above.
