About this object
View of the dining room fireplace at the Hinerangi homestead, Hatuma, Waipukurau. The dining table can be seen reflected in the tiles. A cupboard door with a stained glass panel can be seen in the upper right area of the photograph. Built in 1912, the house was extensively remodelled to designs by J A Louis Hay in 1919.
