Brief Description
Handwritten testimonial from architect W P Finch. It reads: I have much pleasure in testifying to the good character of Mr Louis Hay whom I have had in my employ for some time. I consider him perfectly straightforward, honest, sober, industrious and reliable, and one whom anyone could trust. Signed and dated 25 October 1899.
