About this object
The cabinet photograph shows five children posing by a wooden gate which is most likely a studio prop used by the photographer Charles Mariboe. There are two girls in front and three younger boys in the back of the photograph. A note written in pencil on the back assists in identifying the children as Baguley, Harold, Charles, Emelette and Lillian Doar. Lillian Doar is referred to as Mum.
