Brief Description
Petition addressed to Reverend Anthony Spurr Webb calling for him to either incarcerate or eliminate his turkey cock. The letter - apparently written on a page torn from a notebook - reads:
To the Rev A. S. Webb,
We, (the under signed) being considerably pestered and annoyed by the vicious attempts and actions of that malicious and vengeful animal, (the turkeycock) beg that he may in future be shut up or that we may have the pleasure of witnessing his speedy removal
your petitioners are as follows -
