Brief Description
Small card advertising the Empire Waxworks and Novelty Entertainers - Absolutely the Finest Waxworks in New Zealand.
On the reverse is a Permit certifying that the signatory gives permission for his wife to "go where she pleases, drink what she pleases, and come home when she pleases", and to "enjoy the company of any gentleman or gentlemen she may see fit, as I know she is a good judge. I want her to enjoy life as she will be a long time dead".
