Brief Description
The architectural drawing is titled: New Hotel, Wairoa HB, for Messrs Neal and Close. The watercolour sketch of the Marine Parade elevation has the name Clyde Hotel and the date 1913 on the building's façade. The plan also shows the cross section on Line A-B, section through lounge, and the west elevation. There is a pencil sketch of the east elevation.
