About this object
A group portrait of men, women and children in an outdoor setting. The couple dressed in white on the right are likely to be Lydia and William Williams, and the woman second from right in the back row is possibly Lydia's sister, Amy Marian Devereaux. In the centre of the group, an unidentified bearded man wearing a hat is seated on a wooden chair with a cup and saucer in his hand. Another unidentified man leans on the back of the chair behind him. Several children are featured in the image, all wearing hats. A young boy wears a sailor suit. The woman on the left is seated beside a small table set for tea.
