About this object
A photograph taken from the end of Thompson Road on Bluff Hill looking west. Port Ahuriri and the Westshore bridge are visible as well as houses along Hardinge Road. In the immediate foreground a man is seated on the hill looking west. Three houses are visible, possibly along Seapoint Road. In Album 27 there is a contact print taken from the glass plate negative. Underneath the photograph is written: Napier from Convent Hill.
