About this object
The glass plate negative shows Marine Parade, Wairoa, taken from across the Wairoa River. Houses and shops can be seen and there is a steamer tied up to the wharf. In Album 27 there is a contact print taken from the glass plate negative. Underneath the photograph is written: Wairoa.
