The Napier Harbour Board Rate Cash book records sums paid by ratepayers in the following areas: Hatuma, Waipukurau Borough, Mt Herbert, Purimu Rd, Patangata, Otane, Oero Road, Tamumu, Mangatarata, Pourerere, Wanstead and Waillingford. The entries are dated between July 1923 and January 1927, with some 1922 payments restrospectively included.
