The Hawke's Bay Club is on the left, with Dr Moore's Hospital beside it. Houses on Bluff Hill can be seen in the background. Dr Moore's Hospital has been badly damaged and as a result is leaning backwards. Underneath the image is written: Dr Moore's Hospital Napier HB.
