Brief Description
The programme is titled: United Service of Intercession and Thanksgiving in connection with the present war. The service was held on Wednesday, 30 September 1914 at the Municipal Theatre, Napier.
The programme is as follows: an address by the Bishop of Waiapu, prayers and hymns for the Expeditionary Force, for the Forces on sea and land and for sufferers and mourners. The prayers are followed by thanksgiving and singing of the National Anthem.
