Brief Description
The pass for the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces announces the departure of the Eleventh Reinforcements. The pass allows next-of-kin to be admitted into the enclosure at Wellington wharf to farewell loved ones. Leo Bestall has written: Pass to admit to wharves in Wellington.
