About this object
The photograph is of a seaside scene at Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. In the foreground are a row of bathing sheds and in the background people walking or swimming. The photograph is glued to a page in an album and beside it Leo Bestall has written: Paris-Plage. We had a route march and a swim here. It is about five or six miles from Étaples.
