Brief Description
Thomas Cornelius Higgins was awarded the certificate of registration as a Pharmaceutical Chemist under: The Pharmacy Act 1908 on 11 July 1911. He resided in the provincial district of Hawke's Bay and passed the 52nd standard examination in April 1911. The certificate is signed by the President, Member and Registrar of the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand. There is a red seal in the bottom left hand corner.
