Brief Description
The plan of the factory belonging to Fashions Limited, Thackeray Street, Napier was drawn by Structon Group Architects, Registered Architects and Structural Engineers, Wellington.
On the left of the structural plan of the factory is Thackeray Street, in front is Craven Street and to the right, Station Street. At the far top left is the Hawke's Bay Steam Laundry Company building and behind it is the Hawke's Bay Transport Company. Next to the Steam Laundry Company building is the Pigeon Club rooms. The Fashions Limited factory is in front of these structures. Fronting Station Street is Etheridges store and offices. Fronting Craven Street is a two storey shop with flats and two old wooden houses with sections.
