Brief Description
The letter was written by Alice Webb to Mr Manson on 15 September 1937 and is addressed Todlaw, Ormondville.

Alice writes to Mr Manson stating that she has to rearrange her affairs by either repaying her mortgage or renewing it for a further term. She asks for the repayment of the £500 left on the farm which she sold to him 20 years ago. She is concerned about the condition of the buildings on the property about which the Insurance Inspector wrote an adverse report. Alice ends the letter by asking for some consideration towards her in regards to the repayment of the loan.
