Brief Description
The Spit Fire Brigade monthly pay return book covers the dates January 1962 - March 1969. The book records the name of the fireman, the date of the fires and drills they attended, and the payment per fire and drill. Along the bottom is the total payments due to each fireman. Interspersed are letters written by the Secretary. The last letter discusses the final meeting of the Brigade. The carbon paper is still with the book.
