Dated May 1992.
Scales are 1 to 100 and 1 to 200.

b) Bound book of Architectural Plans. Book includes the same plans as a), including sections entitled: Introduction, Adjoining Buildings as Existing, Former Lilliput/Planetarium Building, Former Council Building, Proposal, Cross Sections and Cost Estimates. Dated October 1992.

c) Concept Drawings showing the exterior of the building from Marine Parade, Herschell Street near Century Theatre entrance, north end of Herschell Street, Marine Parade near Century Theatre Entrance and Browning Street. Unknown scale.
