Brief Description
Airmail letter and envelope from Bernard Madden to his family in Napier dated 2 March 1945.
Bernard writes about still being quartered in the hospital, very little to do as he is restricted to his bed, sending discharge papers into the medical board, receiving a letter from Bill, asking if Uncle Ted is at home again and taking a photo of Henry Reid's grave.
Addressed to Mrs P J Madden, 21 Macdonald Street, Napier, Hawke's Bay. Includes a postage stamp, censor's stamp and 3 pence postal stamp.
