a) Bernard writes about receiving an airgraph message from home and Ray, Pat moving to a permanent POW camp in Germany, meeting Tom Mahoney at Mass and going to see another opera.
Addressed to Mrs P J Madden, 21 Macdonald Street, Napier, Hawke's Bay. Includes a censor's stamp, date stamp and postal stamp.
b) Envelope is entitled: On His Majesty's Service/Airgraph Message/New Zealand Post Office.
