a) Bernard writes about being back in base, visiting Dick in hospital who had an ear infection, signing up for a two week course on aircraft recognition, weather in the area, receiving new airgraphs, not writing last weekend, having boils and not being able to play football.

b) Envelope is addressed to Mrs P J Madden, 21 Macdonald Street, Napier, Hawke's Bay. Includes a postage stamp.
