About this object
Studio portrait of a bride in her wedding dress. The woman is thought to be Bridget French, who married Reginald Graham in Palmerston North at Easter in 1931. Her dress was a gift from dressmaker Miss Mary Agnes Jeffares of Taradale.
A handwritten note on the card folder in which the photograph has been mounted reads: To dear Mary with Love from Bridget.
