Photograph of Marine Parade in Wairoa taken in the aftermath of the Hawke's Bay earthquake of 3 February 1931. A handwritten note on the back of the photograph identifies the buildings as the premises of, from left to right: Lum Kee, [illegible], fish shop, Hitchers, Koamaho 2 shop, McGoldriel [sp?], [illegible], W Smith, and in the distance, Moors, Jones Bookshop, and Humphrey Furniture Shop. People can be seen along the street cleaning up debris.
