a) Bernard writes about returning to the desert, advancing through recently captured areas, abandoned vehicles and Italian prisoners, Bill arriving two days behind him and being on the same gun crew, as well as weather in the region.
Written on /YMCA, National Patriotic Fund/Active Service letterhead.
b) Envelope is addressed to Mrs P J Madden, 21 Macdonald Street, Napier, Hawke's Bay. Includes two censor's stamps, censor's sticker, Air Mail sticker and postage stamp.
