Brief Description
Scrapbook, titled H B A G M. The scrapbook contains newspaper cuttings relating to the Hawke's Bay Art Gallery and Museum, Napier, for the period April 1959 to September 1961. The newspaper cuttings cover topics such as building works, new acquisitions, exhibitions and performances. Among the new acquisitions made during this period was Grande Bagnante III by Emilo Greco, which was purchased in memory of former Director, Leonard Delabere Bestall.
