b) Receipt, prepared by B C Hooper for the Women’s Institute c/o Mrs Robertson, dated 31 December 1959. The receipt is in regards to the purchase of bread. The account was paid on 29 April 1960.

c) Letter written by A Cruden on behalf of the Choysa Tea division of Bond and Bond Limited, to Mrs R Robertson, Tikokino Country Women's Institute, dated 2 March 1960. The letter regards fundraising.

Attached to the back of the receipt is a Renewal Certificate, dated 19 August 1960, regarding a twelve month Fire Policy held with the New Zealand Insurance Company Limited.
