Brief Description
Group of manuscripts:

a) Invoice, prepared by the Hawke’s Bay Provincial Federation of Women’s Institutes, dated 1 January 1929. The invoice regards an amount owing by the Tikokino Country Women's Institute (CWI) for their annual subscription to Home and Country Journal.

b) Receipt, prepared by B C Hooper for the Women’s Institute c/o Mrs Robertson, dated 31 December 1959. The receipt is in regards to the purchase of bread. The account was paid on 29 April 1960.

c) Letter written by A Cruden on behalf of the Choysa Tea division of Bond and Bond Limited, to Mrs R Robertson, Tikokino Country Women's Institute, dated 2 March 1960. The letter regards fundraising.

d) Order form, invoice and receipt, prepared by Waipawa Mail Limited for the Tikokino Country Women’s Institute c/o Mrs Olsen, dated 3 June 1960 and 30 April 1960. The documents are in regards to the printing of 50 programmes.

e) Invoice and receipt, prepared by Donnellys Florists, Waipukurau, for the Tikokino Country Women’s Institute, dated 31 May 1960 and 12 July 1960 respectively. The documents are in regards to the purchase of flowers.

f) Statement, invoice and receipt, prepared by Waipawa Mail Limited for the Tikokino Country Women’s Institute c/o Mrs Robertson, dated 30 July 1960 and 6 September 1960. The documents are in regards to the printing of 100 programmes and show schedules.

g) Receipt, prepared by the Hawke’s Bay Provincial Federation of New Zealand Country Women’s Institutes for the Tikokino Country Women’s Institute per Mrs Robertson, dated 15 August 1960. The receipt is in regards to the purchase of a minute book and transfer cards.

h) Receipt, prepared by the New Zealand Insurance Company Limited for the Tikokino Country Women’s Institute, dated 14 September 1960. Attached to the back of the receipt is a Renewal Certificate, dated 19 August 1960, regarding a twelve month Fire Policy held with the New Zealand Insurance Company Limited.

i) Order form, invoice and receipt, prepared by Crawley’s Store Limited for the Tikokino Country Women’s Institute c/o Mrs Robertson, dated 16 September 1960, 30 September 1960 and 4 November 1960. The documents are in regards to the purchase of grocery items.

j) Receipt, prepared by the Central Hawke’s Bay Federation of Country Women’s Institutes for the Tikokino Country Women’s Institute, dated 14 November 1960. The receipt is in regards to affiliation fees.

k) Receipt, prepared by the Hawke’s Bay Federation of New Zealand Country Women’s Institutes for Mrs Robertson, Waipawa, dated 18 November 1960. The receipt is in regards the purchase of a receipt book, handbooks and transfer cards.

l) Invoice and receipt, prepared by the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows (New Zealand) for the Tikokino Country Women’s Institute, dated 2 February 1961. The documents are in regards the hire of Ruahine Lodge.
