Brief Description
Two manuscripts and a letter:
a) Manuscript, titled: Women's Institute Annual Report Form. Prepared by the Hawke's Bay Provincial Federation of Women's Institutes. The form outlines the format to be used when preparing annual reports. The date 14 August has been handwritten at the top of the form.
b) Manuscript, agenda prepared for the Hawke's Bay Provincial Federation of Women's Institutes Council Meeting held at Village Hall, Havelock North, on 29 September 1927.
c) Letter written by Annie Mulqueeney, Honorary Secretary of the Hawke's Bay Provincial Federation of Women's Institutes, to the Secretary of the Tikokino Country Women's Institute, dated 13 February 1929. The letter invites members of the Women's Institutes to attend a gathering at the Village Hall, Havelock North, on 27 February 1929, and provides details regarding the date of the Annual General Meeting. There is a handwritten note on the back of the letter, dated 20 February 1929. The note appears to relate to a meeting.
