Brief Description
a) Scrapbook containing newspaper cuttings regarding Napier citizens. The articles focus mainly on women and include a large number of wedding announcements. The articles cover the period March 1947 to 1957. The scrapbook also contains a photograph of the Committee of the Merchant Navy Club in 1949. It is thought to have been compiled by the Hawke's Bay Women's Club.
b) Theatre programme, published by Dunedin Shakespeare Club for a performance of readings from Othello and Taming of the Shrew, held at the Choral Hall, Moray Place, Dunedin, on Friday 21 April 1893.

c) Letter written by Winifred Coulhurst [sp?], Matron of the Royal Air Force Hospital, to Mrs Napier, dated 15 January 1946. The letter thanks Mrs Napier on behalf of the patients for the Christmas cake that she sent.
d) Letter written by an unidentified author to Clive, dated 24 September 1970. The letter concerns the recipient's health and the sender's travels. Reference is also made to the Spirit of Napier statue on Marine Parade.
