Undated. The first Townswomen's Guild was founded in Napier in May 1932. The Guilds federated two years later, adopting the name Dominion Federation of Townswomen's Guilds. The booklet contains an introduction written by Miss Anna Elizabeth Jerome Spencer, indicating that it was published in the 1930s or 1940s.
