Brief Description
The letter written by William Colenso to Andreas Olsen was dated 6 December 1896. William Colenso asks Andreas to thank his wife for her kind thoughts, he mentions the upcoming election and Henry Hill’s involvement in it and his role as school inspector. Colenso also thanks Andreas for the specimens he has sent, instructs him on what and when to collect seed and also to how dry flowers to send to him. He bemoans the fact that he cannot take a visit to Norsewood at present. He finishes the letter by discussing his health.
