Brief Description
The postcard depicts a hand coloured photograph of a kitten sitting on a basket surrounded by flowers. On the right is written: May you spend a Happy Birthday. On the left is a poem.
On the back is a handwritten note from A Edmonds to Master Wilfred Harding, Akaroa, Canterbury. In the note he wishes Wilfred a Happy Birthday. The date given is 7 April 1910. The postcard was sent from Cullensville, Marlborough. There is a green half penny stamp in the top right hand corner.
