The postcard depicts a reproduction of a painting of a Christmas scene showing a church and a bridge covered in snow. There are two bells and holly in the top left hand corner and along the bottom edge are the words: Best Wishes Christmas. These are embossed into the card. On the back is a handwritten note from A Edmonds to Mr & Mrs Harding. In the note he wishes Mr & Mrs Harding a Merry Xmas and Happy New Year. The date appears to be 1908.
