About this object
A photograph of attendees at a meeting of the Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes held in Norsewood in 1926. A handwritten note identifies the women as follows:
Back row, from left to right: Mrs Thornton (Clive), Mrs Absolom (Rissington), Mrs Cargill (Taradale), Miss Madams [sp?] (Pahiatua), Mrs Prattley (Waipawa), Mrs McPhee (Otawhao), Mrs Simpson (Woodville).
Middle row, from left to right: Miss Wilson (Waipukurau), Mrs Bibby (Waipawa), Mrs Deans (Otawhao), Miss Spencer (Rissington), Mrs Wood (Norsewood), Mrs Purdy (Pahiatua), Miss Hindmarch (Woodville), Mrs Nielson (Norsewood).
