Scrapbook and manuscripts:

a) Scrapbook of the Northern Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes. The scrapbook contains photographs, newspaper cuttings, lists, receipts, programmes, invitations, certificates, and some minutes for the period 1971 to November 1985.

b) Programme for the Northern Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes Drama Festival held at the Town Hall, Taradale, 22 June 1953. The participants include: Taradale Country Women's Institute; Patoka Country Women's Institute; Twyford Country Women's Institute; Eskdale Country Women's Institute.

c) Programme for the Country Women's Institutes Area Drama Festival held at St Andrew's Hall, Hastings, 23 June 1954. The participants include: Patoka Country Women's Institute; Elsthorpe Country Women's Institute; Pakowhai Country Women's Institute; Marumaru Country Women's Institute; Woodville Country Women's Institute; Tamarau Country Women's Institute.

d) Programme for the Northern Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes Drama Festival held at the Town Hall, Taradale, 31 May 1954. The participants include: Taradale Country Women's Institute; Patoka Country Women's Institute; Pakowhai Country Women's Institute; Eskdale Country Women's Institute; Twyford Country Women's Institute.

e) Programme for the British Drama League, Hawke's Bay Area, Thirteenth Annual Drama Festival held at the Municipal Theatre, Hastings, 16 - 18 August 1954. The participants include: Patoka Country Women's Institute; Catholic Women's League, Hastings; Hastings Group Theatre; Napier Repertory Players; Atua Amateurs; Maraekakaho Players; Pukehou Players; Napier Drama Students; Waipukurau Dramatic Society; Omakere Players; Waipawa Musical and Dramatic Club; Wallingford Players; Elsthorpe Country Women's Institute.

f) Programme for the British Drama League, Hawke's Bay Area, Fourteenth Annual Drama Festival held at the Municipal Theatre, Hastings, 1 - 6 July 1955. The participants include: Napier Repertory Players; Havelock Players; Elsthorpe Country Women's Institute; Napier Drama Students' Club; Maraekakaho Players; Patoka Country Women's Institute; Hastings Group Theatre; Pukehou Players; Omakere Players; Waipawa Musical and Dramatic Club; Waipukurau Dramatic Society.

g) Programme for the Northern Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes Drama Festival held at the Town Hall, Taradale, 22 - 24 June 1959. The participants include: Taradale Country Women's Institute; Pakowhai Country Women's Institute; Meeanee Country Women's Institute; Napier Repository Society; Central Kindergarten Mothers' Club, Tutira Women's Division of Federated Farmers; Havelock North Kindergarten Mothers' Club. A newspaper cutting advertising the event is attached to the front of the programme.

h) Programme for the British Drama League, Hawke's Bay Area, Twentieth Annual Drama Festival held at the Municipal Theatre, Hastings, 10 - 12 July 1961. The participants include: Pukehou Players; Taradale Community Players; Hastings Group Theatre; Korongata Ward Wanderers; Omakere Players; Pakowhai Country Women's Institute; Waipawa Musical and Dramatic Club; Takapau Country Women's Institute; Napier Repertory Players.

i) Programme for the British Drama League, New Zealand Branch, National Finals Festival of One Act Plays held at the Municipal Theatre, Hastings, 26 - 28 August 1961. The participants include: Pukehou Players; Wairoa Theatrical Society; Christchurch WEA Dramatic Society; Tawa - Linden Drama Club; Napier Repertory Players; Te Puke Repertory Society; Newfield Country Women's Institute.

j) Two programmes and a newspaper cutting: Programme for the Northern Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes Annual Drama Festival held at the Town Hall, Taradale, 28 - 29 May 1962. Programme for the Central Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes Thirtieth Annual Drama Festival held at the Municipal Theatre, Waipukurau, 30 - 31 May 1962. Newspaper cutting titled: Pakowhai wins CWI drama festival at Taradale. Dated, 29 May 1962.

k) Programme for the Southern Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes Fourteenth Annual Drama Festival held at the Town Hall, Dannevirke, 28 - 29 May 1962.

l) Programme for the Dominion Drama Festival held at the Opera House, Wellington, 19 July 1972. Hosted by the Dominion Federation of Country Women's Institutes. The participants include: Hawarden - Waikari Country Women's Institute; and Westown Country Women's Institute.
