a. The minute book for the Flaxmere Country Women's Institute covers 19 September 1972 - 11 April 1985. The information recorded at each meeting consists of: apologies, correspondence, general business, financial, speaker and a programme of events. The minutes are signed by the President of the Institute. At the last meeting it was decided to put the Flaxmere Institute into recess.
