a) Letter to Mrs West, President of the Awatoto Country Women's Institute from Ernest Grant. The letter regards the design of the banner. Undated.

b) Telegram to Mrs West from William Edward Barnard, dated 14 April (possibly 1936). The telegram states that the Minister of Lands has agreed to sell a section to the Awatoto Country Women's Institute.

c) Manuscript entitled: Minutes of the April meeting of the Awatoto Country Women's Institute. Dated 4 April 1933. The manuscript also includes the minutes of the Annual Meeting for the period 1932 to 1933.

d) Manuscript entitled: Awatoto Women's Institute. The document outlines the history of the Awatoto Country Women's Institute hall. It discusses the acquisition of land, the construction of the hall, the destruction of the building by fire in April 1943, and the subsequent rebuilding of the hall. Descriptions of the two buildings are supplied. Undated.

Dated 20 October 1934.

i) Programme of meetings of the Awatoto Country Women's Institute for the period May 1935 to March 1936. The programme outlines the agenda for each of the monthly meetings.

j) Programme entitled: Order of Service for the Awatoto Jubilee Thanksgiving Service held at Napier Baptist Church, 7 October 1982. The programme was published by the Dominion Federation of New Zealand Country Women’s Institutes.
