Minute book attributed to the Awatoto Country Women's Institute, including loose papers.
a) Minute book for the Awatoto Country Women's Institute. Records the Monthly Meetings for the period 7 July 1981 to 8 March 1994. The meetings cover the monthly events, activities and support given to the Awatoto community. The book also includes the minutes of the Annual General Meetings for the same period. Attendance records are located at the back of the book.
b) Manuscript. Annual Report of the Awatoto Country Women's Institute for the year ending February 1994. The report covers activities and events undertaken during the year, and support given to the Awatoto community. Dated, 8 March 1994.
c) Manuscript entitled: Awatoto Country Women's Institute. The document outlines the history of the Awatoto branch, including its establishment, accommodations, membership levels, and the design of the banner. Dated February 1969. Two annotated copies.
d) Manuscript entitled: Awatoto Country Women's Institute. The document outlines the history of the Awatoto branch, including its hall, its banner, and membership levels. Undated, post October 1992.
e) Black and white photograph of four women taken at the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Awatoto Country Women's Institute. The women are identified on the back of the photograph as: Mrs Cooper, Mrs J Feasey, Mrs Barrett, and Mrs Lewis. The women are shown cutting the cake.

f) Colour photograph of the banner of the Awatoto Country Women's Institute. The banner in the photograph was designed by Mary Tanner-Walsh, painted by Jan Marrington, and put together by Zoe Yelverton. The banner was completed in July 1981. The design of the banner includes the logo of the Country Women’s Institutes, reeds, a red rose, and a Pūkeko against the backdrop of a view of Cape Kidnappers.

g) Envelope addressed to Mrs E Ludwigsen, Napier, from M K Hoel, Taradale. A 40 cent New Zealand stamp with a picture of the brown kiwi is located in the top right hand corner. The postmark is unclear but appears to read 2 June 1991. The back of the envelope includes a note regarding the history of the banner of the Awatoto Country Women's Institute.
h) Newspaper cutting entitled: Trust Bank Central Sport Health Fitness. The section is an advertising feature for the Hawke’s Bay Sports Foundation. Subheadings include: Kiwi Seniors Popular; Fun with Mini-Volley; Top Performances; Off to Mini Olympics. Undated.
