Brief Description
Minute book and two booklets:

a) The minute book for the Northern Hawke's Bay Federation of Country Women's Institutes records the Co-ordinating Committee Meetings for the period 2 March 1972 - 14 May 1984. The meetings cover activities and events undertaken, and support given to the local community. The minutes taken at Annual General Meetings are also included. A newspaper cutting titled: Country Woman Heads HB List of Honours, has been taped to the front page of the minute book. The article regards Mrs Margaret Katherine Holt, a member of the Puketapu Country Women's Institute, who received the OBE in recognition of her services to community organisations. The article is dated January 1972.

b) Booklet, titled: Procedure to Follow When Chairing a Meeting. Published by the Women's Division Federated Farmers of New Zealand, Wellington. Undated.

c) Booklet, titled: Country Women's Co-Ordinating Committee of the New Zealand Federation of Country Women's Institute and the Women's Division Federated Farmers of New Zealand. The booklet outlines policies concerning the Country Women's Co-Ordinating Committee, National Co-Ordinating Committee, Regional Co-Ordinating Committees, and District Co-Ordinating Committees. Undated.

d) Newspaper cutting, untitled. The newspaper cutting regards a visit by Mrs Valerie Fisher, the South Pacific area vice-president of the Associated Country Women of the World, to Hawke's Bay. Undated.
