The meetings cover activities and events undertaken during the year, and support given to the Napier community. The first annual report is signed by the President, Dorothy S West. A chronological list has been written on the back page that identifies the President, Secretary and Treasurer for the years 1956-1968.
b) Annual report of the Napier Centre Country Women's Institute, for the year ending March 1963. The annual report is signed by A M Whyte, Honorary Secretary of the Napier Centre Country Women's Institute.
